About the Bataleon Distortia
The Bataleon Distortia Snowboard is for female snowboarders who want to explore the whole mountain with unlimited potential.
The Distortia's Twin 3BT™, SideKick™ tips and medium flex make it perfect for park laps and all mountain cruising. Twin 3BT has a mellow uplift angle becoming more dramatic at the widest areas of the board, offering a loose jib feel while the wide centerbase makes it stable on takeoffs, landings, in presses and at high speeds.
Bataleon have used their Light core in the Distortia, a 50-50 Swiss paulownia and poplar woods blend for optimal strength to weight properties. The Bi-axial laminates which have been laid at 0 and 90 degrees above and below the core, this creates a smooth and consistent flex pattern for an easy to control ride even at slower speeds.
Carbon stringers placed under foot increase board performance the harder you ride, driving into high speed turns to create strong slashes and sprays effortlessly, allowing advanced riders to take their park tricks onto natural features all over the mountain. The Distortia also features a Central Super Tube woodcore upgrade with one centrally placed hollow carbon rod milled into the bottom of the core to enhance pop without stiffening the board torsionally.
Side Kick Tips enhance the performance of the 3BT base, increasing sidebase uplift on the widest parts of the nose and tail. This creates incredibly smooth turn initiations and enhances overall board stability when spinning and landing.

- Carbon Stringers - Carbon stringers are inserted either side of each of the bindings helping to reduce weight, whilst acting as powerful pop booster bars for those ollies & nollies.
- Super Slick X - A tough fast extruded base that performs well in all conditions.
- Central Super Tubes - Central Super Tube woodcore upgrade has one centrally placed hollow carbon rod milled into the bottom of the core to enhance pop without stiffening the board torsionally.
