About the Black Crows Nocta
If you're looking for a ski which shows absolute domination in deep powder conditions, the 2020 Black Crows Nocta is where it's at. The huge 122mm waist and full-rocker profile deliver unreal amounts of float, and when you throw in a lightweight Paulownia-enriched core and narrow tip construction, you get a ski that's remarkably agile for its size.
The Nocta uses an ABS semi-cap sidewall construction a hybrid construction which partially folds the ski's topsheet over the edges where they're fused together with shock-absorbing ABS. It's super durable construction that's enhanced further by overbuilt, tempered steel edges, to create a bomber ski that's not afraid of an accidental sub-pow collision or two.
