The Frontpoint Gaiters from Black Diamond offers full-height waterproof-breathable protection with a form-fitting design. 2-layer Gore-Tex forms the upper with an abrasion-proof lower made of ballistic nylon to guard against knocks and scrapes from crampons, rocks, and rough edges. A neoprene-coated nylon instep strap ensures they stay in place during tough ascents.
