About the Black Diamond Raven Pro Adze
The Raven Pro Ice Axe has become a household name umoung mountaineers.
Can you improve upon perfection, Black Diamond certainly thought so. The new Raven Pro features a slightly angled and ergonomically improved trapezoidal shaft. The new dimensions allows for better handing and improved pick placement when climbing.
The pick has undergone an array of changes on the new 2020 update. Both the pick and adze have been improved with their geometry being redesigned. Perfect for ascents up the Ben in winter or those glacier crossing in Chamonix during summer the axe is suited to the more technical mountaineer.
A further update to the previous generation of the Raven is the polished stainless steel head that provides improved durability and sheds snow better in harsh conditions.
