About the Burton Custom Re:Flex
The 2020 Burton Custom Re:Flex Snowboard bindings are one of Jake Burton's favourites because of its easy, surfy feel and its versatile all mountain performance.
The highback of the Custom binding has been ergonomically designed to suit the angle of your legs when riding, this canted highback design maximises control, increases comfort and reduces fatigue. The highback is made from one single piece of material to create one reliable flex pattern. The fewer the components, the fewer chances there are for things to go wrong!
The Custom bindings are also super adjustable. The highbacks can be altered so you can set them up to best suit your riding thanks to Burton's Living Hinge tech which allows you to adjust the forward lean and highback rotation independently. To give you the ultimate in flexibility the highback is set to zero forward lean for jibbing and then can be set forward for carving and high speed riding using the MicroFLAD system which allows accurate micro adjustment of the forward lean setting.
The Custom features a comfortable Reacstrap ankle strap which uses 3D curved and minimised material to help it conform to any boot shape, reducing pinch points and increasing response without sacrificing comfort. The toe strap is a cap strap which fits over the toe of your boot and is 3D shaped to perfectly form to your boot and keep a solid hold.
The Custom has lightweight FullBED cushioning footbed which maximises comfort whilst minimizing rider fatigue. The mounting hardware is super easy to access thanks to the stealth trapdoor design.
The bindings have a soft to medium flex which is perfect for beginners, intermediates or freestyle riders. Designed to ride on snowboards that feature standard 4 hole The Channel/ICS mounting systems.
