About the Burton Photon BOA
The Photon Boa men's snowboard boots are Burton's powerful, versatile boots employing the Boa Coiler closure system for maximum comfort, precision, and convenience. Responsive but by no means out of place anywhere, from the park to the steeps. They also have a Vibram outsole for premium performance when venturing further afield.
The Boa Coiler closure system allows you to dial-in a precise, ultra-responsive fit with personalized comfort. This incorporates Lockdown Technology which increases heel hold with three lacing zones around the ankle, all tightened with one of the dials.
The Photon's firm, responsive yet versatile flex is contributed to by the Firm Flex PowerUP tongue and GripLITE backstay. The Imprint 3 liner is fully heated mouldable and utilizes DRYRIDE Heat Cycle climate control.
The Vibram® Traction Lug outsole with EcoStep™ rubber provides increased surface area for more contact points that grip the ground in a lighter weight package that uses 30% recycled rubber content, EST® optimized midsole lowers your center of gravity and improves board feel without sacrificing comfort, Shrinkage footbed reduction technology reduces the boot's overall footprint, minimizing toe drag
