About the Capita SuperDOA
The Capita SuperDOA snowboard is a game-changing super snowboard has embraced the shaping and camber profile from one of the most successful snowboards ever and taken it to the next level.
Capita have used their FSC® Certified 3D Thermopolymer Hover Core™, an extremely lightweight and versatile core which features recycled thermopolymer inlaid channels which combine to provide great high impact resistance and maximum pop.
The SuperDOA uses Capita's Resort V1 camber profile, which takes full advantage of traditional camber in the majority of the length of the board, which transitions into zero camber and then rocker past the inserts, in both the tip and tail. This profile provides the pop and response of a cambered board with all of the predictability and easy turn initiation of a flat or rocker board.
Thanks to Capita's FSC 3D Thermopolymer Hover Core and Fortress Kevlar Bound Sidewalls, this board has heavy duty durability without compromising on precision, being virtually bomb-proof. Capita's Holysheet Triax Fiberglass & magic bean based resin keeps the SuperDOA nice and light, whilst also being eco-friendly, containing less chemical pollutants than that used by other factories, yet still yields higher technical properties.
The Super Defenders of Awesome features a HyperDrive Base; Exclusively formulated, sintered, ultra-high molecular weight, ultra-high density polyethylene to give you a smooth, white-knuckle ride like no other. Capita have made the new addition of Super Carbon, a super wide carbon tape in the lay up of the board that provides twice the power and response of alternative carbon additives.
