About the Deuter Race

The Race backpack from Deuter is made with road cycling and mountain biking in mind. This super-tough and compact cycling pack has a range of features which make it ideal for two-wheeled adventures.

Constructed with durable and abrasion resistant Polyamide Ripstop fabrics, the Race can stand up to the rigors of the trail. An Airstripes back system ensures a secure and stable fit using mesh lined shoulder straps, mesh wings on the pack's hip belt, a chest strap and two contour-shaped layers of foam with AirMesh lining for maximum airflow.

The Race features an array of pockets to carry everything you need for a day out on the trails. Stretch side pockets, a wet laundry compartment, top zipper pocket, internal tool pocket and an internal mesh pocket provide storage space for essential items like locks, tools, spare parts and even a hydration system. Multiple external attachment loops provide a place to store your glasses, safety light and helmet holder (not included).

Should the weather take a turn, the Race features a removable rain cover, keeping your gear dry and protected in adverse weather whilst the pack also features reflector elements to provide improved visibility when riding in low light conditions.
