The Garmont Mountain Guide Pro GTX is a fully stiffened, crampon compatible mountaineering boot designed for all alpine adventures including hiking and climbing. These premium Garmont mountaineering boots are expertly crafted from a one-piece 3mm Perwanger® leather upper with minimal seams for durability and weather protection and a 360° rubber rand for added abrasion resistance. Superb tension and hold is achieved thanks to the lockable lacing system and tight-fitting heel which locks the foot in place to minimise the chance of blisters. This incredible boot even benefits from a thermal footbed with PrimaLoft® 200g insulation as well as Gore-Tex® Insulated Comfort which creates an impenetrable insulated interior to withstand the lowest temperatures and deep snow. With the Mountain Guide Pro's rigid construction, they can be used with most crampons whilst remaining comfortable to walk in. The sophisticated Vibram® Titus outsole provides enhanced grip and 360° traction on a variety of terrains with a concave heel for braking on steep descents.
