The Jones Frontier Split snowboard is a directional freeride board designed to be the perfect daily driver for the playful freestyle, pow shredder.

The Frontier Split also features Traction Tech 2.0 with In & Out Traction edges in splitboard mode. This handy piece of technology improves edge to edge hold, this is a must have for boards featuring a rocker profile to help improve glide in mixed conditions allowing you to hold an edge even on the iciest of faces and while in splitboard mode the three inner bumps of the binding sections will also keep you locked in on ice whether traversing up or down the mountain.

With Jones' Classic Core in combination with biaxial fibreglass, the Frontier Split will feel very responsive that's still fun and forgiving with plenty of pop. This construction also makes the board incredibly durable so you can invest in this deck knowing it's going to last.

The all new Karakoram Ultra Clip 2.0 creates unbeatable tension between each half of the board. These clips are the strongest, lowest profile clips on the market and provide torsional stiffness while the tip and tail clips ensure your board stays connected while hitting those lines. They are incredibly easy to repair or replace and can be adjusted, allowing you maintain compression as your board ages.

The Directional Rocker camber profile uses rocker in the tips and traditional camber under foot with a directional shape to ensure the board floats well in deep snow whilst also performing amazingly on piste too. If that wasn't enough, the progressive sidecut makes the board smooth, predictable and responsive when carving on the piste or putting in huge turns in powder.
