The Sherpa trekking poles are a masterpiece of Leki pole design. Featuring a sturdy yet lightweight aluminium HTS shaft and extended grip this pole is perfect for alpine trekking and hiking across all terrains, in all seasons. The telescopic design features the Speed Lock 2 Plus system for quick and convenient on trail adjustment for varying terrain. It gives you 35cm of adjustable height and the highest locking force of any external adjustment system meaning it won't fail or slowly collapse.

Developed for mountaineering, the Sherpa is equipped with the new Aergon Air handle. This grip has been optimised for comfort and control using special cavity technology with a combination of lightweight construction and large, supporting surfaces that meet all the ergonomic requirements of your hand. A rubberized back grip provides maximum grip and control when going downhill while an inclined angle helps your wrist to guide and position the pole optimally and contributes to safety over challenging terrain.

Leki's unique Lock Security Strap Skin 4.0 is light and breathable and provides an adjustable design with safety release. Low-profile trekking baskets give your pole grip in soft sand, mud and other conditions. The included Big Mountain baskets have been specially developed for winter tourers with a short edge for adjusting climbing aids and long edge for scraping off iced skins making these poles suitable for ski touring and backcountry travel.
