About the Lobster Halldor Pro Model

The Lobster 2020 Halldor Pro Snowboard was made in collaboration with legendary style-master Halldor Helgason. This all-mountain Lobster board uses a twin shape and a 3BT base with sidekick tech, making it great for stomping big hits with hard landings and carving like there is no tomorrow.

The Twin 3BT (Triple Base Technology) is the prefect shape for park riding, working for all kinds of kickers and jumps as well as rails and jibs. The middle of the base is wide to give you full control under your feet, creating more stability at higher speeds, which is needed for hitting those booters. If you are a rider that likes hitting those big features then this base is the best option as it will stabilise your landings even when you don't land cleanly.

The Halldor Pro uses a Light core, a blend of super-lightweight Swiss Paulownia/Poplar and Bamboo along the sidewalls for added strength and stability. The 6 horizontal carbon stringers placed strategically by your bindings make the board feel more responsive, but also adds extra ollie power and core strength, without taking away the medium flex provided by the durable and light Tri-axial laminate.

Sidekick technology dramatically increases the sidebase uplift just outside the widest points of the nose and tail. This makes turn initiation smoother, increases float in powder and improves handling of the board in rough terrain.

Please Note: This snowboard has been returned by a customer due to damage during transit. There is a dent to the sidewall along the nose edge of the board. The damage isn't too severe and won't effect the overall performance of the board. This can be seen in the product images.
