The ASP Down Winter sleeping bag forms the pinnacle of Mammut's premium level expedition bags; designed to cope with the coldest of conditions.

Unlike conventional bags, the ASP series features stretch knee inserts that allow for greater freedom of movement, thus improving sleeping comfort by allowing you to side sleep without restriction. Additional stretch down-proof fabric allows the bag to wrap around your body for added comfort, warmth and freedom of movement.

A 15D nylon shell helps deliver a low pack weight and is used in combination with patented water-resistant stretch nylon for improved longevity and optimal down performance in damper conditions. The interior fabric is constructed from 40D and stretch nylon that restricts heat moisture from degrading the down fibres.

Insulation is provided by 700 fill 90/10 premium goose down which provides an excellent warmth-to-weight and packing volume ratio. The fill is certified by the Responsible Down Standard that promotes strong animal welfare practices to ensure the ethical treatment of all animals involved in down sourcing.

The ASP features a newly designed scale wall construction to compartmentalise the down. Not only does this facilitate the stretch around the knees but additionally allows the down to loft fully, providing you with optimum insulation.
