About the Mammut Classic HMS Screwgate
The Mammut Classic HMS Screwgate is a medium-sized rock climbing carabiner that is great for belaying, improves rope passage and reduces wear.
The Classic HMS has a robust, durable and versatile pear shape which ensures comfortable handling with any belay device or knot - perfect as an all-purpose HMS for any aspiring or seasoned climber. It also features a key lock nose for easy clipping and unclipping.
The screw lock is extremely easy to operate whatever conditions you find yourself in and there is an orange safety marking to indicate when the carabiner is not screwed closed.
