Montane's Women's Featherlite Micro Jacket is super packable at only 323g, but don't underestimate its warming capabilities! The special Featherlite Down provides 110g (UK 12) of 90/10 water resistant fluorocarbon-free HyperDRY™ down at 750+ fill, which means outstanding warmth, year round, no matter where you are.

Constructed from highly durable Pertex quantum that excels at wind protection, the fabric ensures warmth held in the loft isn’t wicked away by nature. By using a ripstop fabric too, Pertex quantum reduces the possibility of feathers leaching through the material. In addition, the jacket is coated with DWR (Durable Water Repellent) to reduce the effects of water during unexpected showers.

For added comfort, know that all of the 750-fill down has been Responsible Down Standard (RDS) certified to ensure that animal welfare principles have been upheld in the acquisition of your insulation. With a 90/10 down to feather ratio the Ambler will guarantee maximum warmth, and the inner lining uses PEAQ Down Fabric which isexceptionally breathable, reducing moisture build up that could compromise your dead air space management.

Designed to reduce heat loss, an internal storm flap has been added behind a YKK reverse coil main zip to minimise unwanted wind drafts, while an adjustable hem can be cinched down with a drawcord to lock in heat. With an athletic cut for mountain activities and articulated arms to reduce hem lift when climbing/scrambling, this is an all year, all mountain jacket. An essential for every backpack!
