About the Montane Flux
Designed for cold and damp conditions in the mountains, the Flux jacket offers exceptional insulation thanks to layered 100g PRIMALOFT® SILVER ECO insulation in the main body and arms, and 60g PRIMALOFT® SILVER ECO insulation in the hood.
Weather protection from wind & rain is taken care of thanks to its DWR coated PERTEX® QUANTUM ECO outer fabric which is also abrasion-resistant. For extra comfort, the jacket is lined with PEAQ Synthetic ECO fabric, which is extremely soft next to the skin, highly breathable, and fast-drying.
Great as a belay jacket, it can be stuffed down into its own pocket when not needed. The flux features articulated arms for easy 360 degrees movements which is ideal for active types. Whatsmore, it has a fully adjustable helmet-compatible hood with three points of adjustment and a wired peak. A two-way front zip facilitates use with backpack waistbands and/or climbing harnesses.
The Flux has plenty of storage too, with two deep A-line hand-warmer pockets ( positioned clear from pack belts and harnesses), two external zipped chest pockets, and an internal left-hand stretch mesh pocket - certainly enough room to store the essentials.
