The Phoenix Jacket from Montane has been designed specifically for female alpinists, who require the best for the most demanding ascents.

Constructed with a lightweight and soft PERTEX® QUANTUM ECO with DWR outer, the Phoenix Jacket provides excellent windproof and water-resistant protection. A synthetic eco lining provides optimal next to skin comfort and highly breathable and quick-drying properties, ideal for changing cold weather conditions.

PrimaLoft® Thermoplume insulation in a micro baffle construction ensures you stay warm and protected in cold conditions. This blend of PrimaLoft® fibres actively mimics the loft and fill power of traditional down, with the quick-drying capabilities attributed to PrimaLoft® insulation. Able to perform in wet or damp conditions, the Phoenix Jacket is ideal for use as a mid-layer in colder conditions, or as a stand-alone outer in warmer winter weather.

Designed primarily for alpinists, the Phoenix features additional climbing-specific features. A zippered internal chest pocket can be accessed with a backpack/rope coil whilst two zippered concealed hand pockets are streamlined to avoid interference with climbing racks. Stretch bound cuffs, a cinchable hem and an insulated under-helmet hood all save on weight, ensuring that warmth is held within the jacket for supreme comfort.
