The Montane Windjammer Lite Windproof Gloves are lightweight low-bulk performance gloves engineered for fast-and-light mountain use in cold windy conditions. Built using WINDSTOPPER® technology by Gore-Tex Labs the gloves provide complete windproof protection across the hand while maintaining excellent breathability and comfort during high-output activity.
The main panels use 70-denier 4-way-stretch WINDSTOPPER® softshell to block windchill and improve warmth retention while the breathable crown fabric is backed with a soft recycled micro-grid fleece for added insulation without excess bulk. This combination delivers warmth moisture management and freedom of movement ideal for autumn–winter hiking scrambling and multi-day alpine missions.
Articulated shaping and low-profile flatlocked seams ensure a close anatomical fit that layers cleanly under bulkier shell mitts if conditions worsen. Reinforced palm overlays improve durability and grip when handling poles rock or equipment and the Lycra-bound cuffs provide a neat comfortable seal at the wrist.
