About the Ride TwinPig
The Ride TwinPig is a true twin asymmetrical snowboard that is perfect for hitting those big kickers in the park and perfecting those spins!
The TwinPig's Asymmetrical true twin shape utilizes a twin hybrid rocker style camber profile. This camber style really excels in freestyle riding due to the rocker sections at the nose and tail, this helps to reduce edge catches, so you can butter and really throw this board around for some creative riding in the park. The traditional camber under and between the feet allows for big landings and a lot of edge control.
The asymmetric shape of the TwinPig makes it super easy to initiate heel-side turns by reducing the turning radius and making it anatomically easier to make sharp, hard heel turns.
Due to the volume of the TwinPig, you can also slightly downsize your board to really take full advantage of the playful feel, allowing you to progress on spins and riding switch a lot quicker than a bigger, heavier less maneuverable board. The soft flex of the TwinPig is also another great characteristic, allowing you to really play around with butter and presses onto boxes and rails.
The TwinPigs urethane Slimewalls are a fantastic feature to absorb impacts and smooth out chatter on snow or any surface you hit, these sidewalls are virtually indestructible! Double impact plates, located underfoot beneath the binding areas help improve durability when compressing the board, preventing board breaks needed for park abuse.
The new Performance Core is constructed with Aspen/Paulownia with Bamboo to create a perfect balance of strength and lightness. The core has a mellow, playful flex which gives the TwinPig a nice and forgiving ride!
