About the Salomon Brigade+
Following on from the popular Salomon Brigade freeride helmet of previous seasons, the Brigade+ snowboard and ski helmet offers better protection than ever in a clean low profile style.
Unlike the previous Brigade designs, the Brigade+ helmets are certified for skiing, snowboarding, and cycling standards. Take one helmet with you for both your winter and summer adventures.
The Brigade+ helmet is built using Salomon’s SMART safety concept. EPS4D expanded polystyrene, which is 30% more effective than certification requirements, is used to significantly reduce energy transmission to the head. Paired with this are strategic inserts of EPP which offer outstanding energy absorption; EPP disperses impact and reduces the chance of serious injury. Salomon has partnered with experts in biomechanics to create this lightweight high-performance construction.
Adjustable ventilation in the front of the helmet keeps you comfortable on the hill. The liner is removable and adjustable, allowing riders to switch it out for a beanie if they prefer.
