About the Salomon X ULTRA 4 Mid Gore - Tex
The Salomon X Ultra 4 Mid GTX® indicates the speed with which you'll conquer every trail. Combining technology found in Salomon's agile running shoes with stability, grip and waterproof protection, this lightweight hiker delivers speed and support for all year round.
The X ULTRA 4 Mid GTX is made with Gore-Tex waterproof protection, so you can walk and hike in wet conditions while keeping your feet dry. It also includes a higher ankle for better than ever support and stability over rough terrain.
Sensifit technology wraps around your foot creating a secure foothold with a precision fit. The midsole and outsole feature a new ADV-C Chassis which protects sensitive ankle articulations for extra stability while keeping the front of the shoe flexible so you can maintain responsive energy-efficient movement.
Every step you make will be accommodated by a sticky Contagrip sole which features lugs in all the right places to displace mud and offer ultimate traction on any terrain. Meanwhile, Active Support adapts to the shape, volume and movement of your feet and holds your foot securely in place.
The X ULTRA 4 Mid GTX also includes reinforced rubber all around for ultimate protection from your heel to your toes. A gusseted tongue wraps around your foot and also prevents debris from entering the shoe.
