About the Singing Rock Garnet

The Singing Rock Garnet climbing harness will see you through indoor climbing to alpine expeditions and everything in between.

The Garnet's waist belt features a Rock&Lock stainless steel buckle which securely straps down with speed and ease. Padding along the waist and legs is made with EVA foam and enclosed in a high abrasion PES fabric which promotes breathability and comfort. The leg loops also feature Rock&Lock buckles enabling a quick and easy adjustment over layers as well as making it possible to put the harness on without taking off your climbing shoes or crampons.

A unique feature on the Garnet harness is Singing Rock's BMI size system which offers the ability to adjust the buckle end of the waistbelt inline with the user's layering system or weight gain/loss. Three slots for the buckle end to be threaded through are available to avoid extra padding sticking out and to ensure the closest gear loop has plenty of clearance.

Four braided gear loops are equally spaced around the harness and their shaping is nice and ergonomic for easy quickdraw racking. A rear haul loop with a capacity of 30kg is sewn in for multi-pitch hauling days. As expected, you will find a 12mm belay loop rated at 15kN. The Garnet also features two slots for an ice climbing screw carabiner (sold separately) so you can transform it to suit your needs depending on the style of climbing you wish to do.
