About the Smith I/O
The Smith I/O revolutionised the ski/snowboard goggle market several years ago and has since been the benchmark in the industry and the standard by which all others are measured. The large spherical and frameless lens provides superb peripheral vision and the premium lenses provide exceptional clarity.
The new Responsive Fit design features a lattice structure with reduced material allowing the frame to adapt to all face shapes creating a better fit and performance. Comfort is guaranteed with 3 layer DriWix face foam that wicks away moisture and keeps out the elements.
The I/O utilizes a spherical carbonic-x lens with TLT optics and a 5X anti-fog coating. This provides unmatched levels of clarity and vision quality and combines to provide unmatched vision regardless of the conditions and create a goggle that will never fog. Smith's patented Porex filter also guarantees performance at any elevation allowing the goggle to adapt to the changes in air pressure experienced when traveling up and down the mountain.
These excellent lenses can be changed swiftly with Smith's quick release system allowing you to switch lenses depending on the elements. This system is so easy it can even be operated with gloves on! The I/O is also fully helmet compatible and features articulating outriggers so you can wear them under or over a helmet.
