About the Union Charger
The new Union Charger snowboard binding is a responsive, durable, lightweight freeride binding that has been redesigned using Unions innovative pin less solution- less time transitioning = more time riding.
Built for speed and precision the charger has a versatile EXP3 Duraflex ST highback consisting of two separate highback layers for maximum responsiveness and flexibility while keeping the weight to an absolute minimum. The Extruded 3D Aluminium heelcup has all the weight saving features of a formula 1 car while being practically indestructible and the new 3D profile helps reduce heel drag and improve fit.
The SP3 Duraflex CB baseplate is exclusive to Union and offers unrivalled response and strength combined with dual density padding that works seamlessly with the the baseplate giving great shock absorption and comfort. EVA bushings underneath the baseplate have fewer contact points with the board that allow the board to flex naturally.
Finished off with super comfy and supportive Exoframe 5.0 ankle straps strap and a TS 4.0+ toe strap with lightweight Magnesium S1 buckles that makes the Charger a truly top end freeride binding from Union.
