About the Union Spring Break
The 2022 Union Spring Break Ultralight snowboard bindings have been redesigned and rebuilt from the ground up but they remain the go-to all-mountain binding that you know and love.
The all-new Stage 7 Duraflex CB baseplate is Union's strongest and most responsive base ever using a new layering system, the key ingredient of which is ultra-responsive Duraflex CB nylon. The layering system also features the all-new High-Density Vaporlite bushing, which is stiffer and more responsive while providing high levels of vibration dampening.
The Spring Break Ultralight features the TS-4.0+ which keeps you locked in for the ride down while letting you know it's there. A new shorter buckle base helps to reduce weight and pressure points. The Exoframe 5.0 provides a secure and locked-in feel; it's lightweight, super durable and a team favourite.
The Atlas Duraflex CB highback is supportive and responsive in all the right places. Made for high carves and high speed all-mountain ripping, this asymmetrical highback is quickly becoming a new team favourite.
The heel cup is made from 3D Extruded Aluminium Heelcup, this gives amazing strength to weight ratio and features the same lifetime warranty as the baseplate keeping you fully covered.
Union's tool-less strap adjustment allows you to fix your bindings on the fly and dial in that perfect fit when you're out in the mountains. The Magnesium S1 rachets feature a fully integrated spring that is protected from the elements which leads to a longer life span and better spring return.
The Spring Break Ultralight combines Union's strongest ever baseplate with new bushings, a stiffer highback and responsive, supportive straps to produce the go-to binding for professional snowboarders, such as Kazu Kokubo and Arthur Longo.
