About the Vans Standard Mid Snow MTE

The Standard Mid MTE is the downsized version of the Standard MTE classic casual snow boot. As part of Vans' MTE collection, the boot features durable materials, reinforced construction, and weather-resistant features. Made from a combination of tough leathers with synthetic overlays, it's fully waterproof and made to keep the elements at bay during cold-weather adventures.

A Vulcanized rubber construction creates a protective waterproof band around the lower portion of the mid cuff trainers to fully seal out moisture and enhance durability. The MTE 2.0 Outsole is an upgraded version of the soles found on Vans' highly popular range of MTE winterised shoes, with a tougher, more aggressive thread to deal with snowy, icy conditions.

Inside, all seams are fully sealed, so there's no risk of moisture leaking in. Under the foot, there's a comfy layer of reflective-weave fabric that helps to reflect body heat back through the boot and keeps out cold from below. The MTE Standard Mid-winter trainers feature a super warm 100 grams of insulation to keep the foot comfy.
