About the Vaude Drive Van

The Vaude Drive Van car tent delivers mobility, comfort, and flexibility for car camping and touring.

This premium drive-away awning is specially designed for rear and side docking onto vans and transporters up to a height of 215cm. It features an adjustable connector for conventional vans and transporters.

The awning is quick and easy to set up with a free-standing design and a sturdy pole architecture that clips securely to the rainfly with additional storm guylines for high wind stability.

The design features a rear entrance for complete access and TPU window to let in light. Mesh windows and a top vent ensure a pleasant microclimate, even when cooking. A waterproof groundsheet and inner sleeping compartment can be added for comfort and practicality.

The rainfly is made from durable 75D polyester fabric with PU waterproof coating to 3000mm hydrostatic head.

Please note, the Drive Van car tent does not feature a floor. An inner sleeping compartment and detachable groundsheet are available separately. Can be used with many different vehicles provided the measurement from the ground to the top of the vehicle hatch is within 215cm.
