The Flow is the Yoga Design Lab's thickest yoga mat yet and offers a responsive grip and high-density cushioning.

The great thing about the Flow Yoga Mat is that the material is capable of achieving more grip the hotter and sweatier your practice becomes! This means the mat is perfect for regular and hot yoga, vinyasa, ashtanga, bikram, corepower yoga, and modo yoga. The high amounts of cushioning also means this mat is perfect for pretty much any gym or home exercise involving rigorous amounts of movement or activity.

Despite its thickness, the Flow is half the weight of standard yoga mats and contains a non-fade textured pattern to help with your alignment.
